[Transmission] Add a way of removing downloaded files

Even the newest Transmission client does not have the option to delete downloaded files altogether with torrent file. This might take up a lot of space. We should give the user and ability to remove stale files - either by linking the download folder to nextcloud (and manage it via it) or by using a different torrent client that can remove data files.
