It's missing in the public key, too.
-----BEGIN PUBLIC KEY-----
should be
-----BEGIN RSA PUBLIC KEY-----

And
-----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY-----
should be
-----BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY-----
