[Bug]: Receiving registration email without payment

Describe the bug

I get the registration email and receipt despite not actually paying on the Stripe page

How To Reproduce

1. Fill out registration form in profile
2. Navigate to payment
3. Exit the stripe payment page
4. Check email, will get registration email despite being not actually being registered
   Note: isRegistered status in database remains false with this bug

Expected behavior

User should not get the email unless they have paid
