UltraStar Play v0.0.1-alpha

This is an early alpha preview release of the new sing-along karaoke game UltraStar Play.

Basic features already implemented

• UltraStar text file parsing
• song audio playback
• song video playback
• up to one microphone per soundcard for player audio input
• singer pitch detection
• basic grading of singer performance
• multiplayer on same device (split-screen)
• roulette song selection
• song folder content scanning in background
• basic settings
• local highscore storage
• automatic microphone + speaker latency detection (in the record settings, per microphone)
• support for Android, iOS, Windows, Linux, macOS
• integrated song package downloader (use for example the URL [(https://42.usplay.net/ultrastar-songs-cc.tar)] for some create commons licensed songs)

What is still missing

• user-friendly UI (use ESC key on PC or back button on mobile devices to leave a screen)
• user-guided inital setup (use the settings to configure your song folders locations or download song packages)
• party modes
• animations
• translations for all languages except English
• online multiplayer
• game controller input support
• user-friendly installer + updater
