[UI] Add chat screen: Inconsistent sizing of windows and overlapping

Hey Fabi,

sorry is late, I just drop the screens from the latest stack. Just check those three windows from the "Add chat" button.

First, the window should always have the same size! That makes it much easier to follow the process.

Second, there is some overlapping of the menu elements as shown.

Yeah, that should not be happening.
