Make JSON update frequency settable in the UI #36

Currently, the update value of the JSON is set to 3s by default. Internally, there's code to change this value, but it's not implemented within the UI. It would be useful, especially for other uses than the 24 hour run and 10 hour run, to make this more adjustable to other users' needs by making it settable in the UI.
