Release of me-centos 2.5.0 package

This is the first public release of vmtools package for CentOS 6.4 on the Joyent Public Cloud.

This package is required by mi-centos to build a custom ISO that is used to create the CentOS 6.4 image for SmartOS and the Joyent Public Cloud.
