Can't access 'view ticket' link in email notification without separately visiting LMS first #347

Email notifications have a View ticket button inside for quick access to the ticket. This presents the user with a login prompt, but when registered through an LMS no password is set. I thus have to separately visit my LMS (Canvas) course where TicketVise is integrated in order to be logged in, which makes the view ticket link a bit circuitous.

Would not be a problem anymore once #219 is implemented, but for now it would be nice to set a separate password or something.
