custom parameters/stats for players

There is any chance to extend the players' parameters/stats to a custom-one, and then watch those parameters per player or per team? and also make public and private stats?

e.g: I would like to add the speed of every player, every time the player went to a training season or he was derived to fisio, and his salary.

The speed could be a public parameter, but the number of training seasons / fisio during the season and the salary are private ones.

Also, I would like to have a general comparison of players speed, or player salary in another page as stat with nice plots (lines, bars, radars, etc.)
