GTEX option is not working anymore, because GTEX moved the files and changed the access method. Now we can only access GTEX files with Gen3-DRS download option, but the same manifest and credential files.

  • Remove all GTEX mentions and ways of downloading from pipeline
  • Remove GTEX download method from all documentation
  • Add to documentation that GTEX files can be accessed with Gen3-DRS download option

Update: new requirement- after removing existing GTEX option, rename Gen3-DRS to be new GTEX
