Waking Aya Neo from sleep automatically applies a TDP profile without user input

When the Aya Neo is put to sleep and is woken by pressing the power button then swiping to unlock the screen, if GameAssist is running in the background, it automatically applies the 15 TDP profile without any input from the user, the only way to revert back to the stock input from Windows is to reboot the device.
