Signin, Signup authentication not working

initially when you get into the site then the first page will notify you to signin first or signup and after we'll get into the home page and then the actions .......

but if I type into the "/home" into the URL it allows me to directly enter to the home page without getting signin or signup and I also can make a memories post

=> without signin/ signup getting into the home page
=> without signin/ signup can post the memories

We need to implement the complete signin and signup for this application as for other features, we can use firebase
