While importing Json file Flow description values are not retained.

Current behavior (how does the issue manifest):
After import values of the flow description are "No description"
Expected behavior:
Flow description values should be imported back.

Minimal steps to reproduce the problem (not required if feature enhancement):
Export an app with flow description and import it back. Flow description values will be gone.
