Help with bitlocker key

Hi mdeeg,
I've been stupid enough to not have the bitlocker key to my Lenovo laptop which is why I found the YouTube video leading to this github page and your software. Not having enough technical background to understand the excellent description of how you accessed the computer in the video, my question is if you know of people or organisations that can help people like myself to access the data on my laptop again, presumably with solutions like the one you describe on this site using your software? Your advise would be greatly appreciated since I am having a huge problem.
