Webtoon reader mode will not mark chapter as read if last image is smaller than screen height

Describe the bug
In Webtoon mode scrolling to the end of the chapter will not mark it as read if the last image is smaller than screen height.

To Reproduce
Find a manga chapter with small enough last image, switch to webtoon mode, scroll to bottom.

Expected behavior
Chapter is marked as read. Instead chapter is marked as 22/23 read (depending on number of images).
