Unable to uninstall extension when it listed in "Updates Pending"

Describe the bug
When an extension is listed in "Updates Pending", the "uninstall" button becomes "update".
Since the tachiyomi-official has removed the extension sources, I need to manually update the extensions. But this problem blocks me from uploading an apk with different sign.
