Multiple filters cannot be selected at once

Describe the bug
When filtering a source it's not possible to choose multiple filter options without the previous option being reset.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
For this example I will be using the MangaDex source

1. Browse the source and bring up the filter dialog
2. Expand "Original language" and select any of the options
3. Select "Has available chapters" in the section above "Original language"

Actual behavior
Any options selected in "Original language" are reset after selecting the "Has available chapters" option

Expected behavior
"Has available chapters" should be selected along with any options selected in "Original language"

Additional information
I've verified this issue effects at least MangaDex and MangaSee, which leads me to believe it is an issue with Sorayomi itself.
