[Bug] Global search not working, per-source search works #89

Suwayomi-JUI version: v1.3.3
Operating System: Windows 10 Home
Desktop Environment: Aero
Server Type: Internal
Client JVM version: Eclipse Adoptium\jdk-21.0.3.9-hotspot
Server JVM version: Eclipse Adoptium\jdk-21.0.3.9-hotspot

Steps to reproduce

Add an extension repo
Install some extensions
Restart suwayomi-JUI for good measure
search in global search
see infinite buffering for all sources
click on a specific source, see results quickly pop up

Expected behavior

Results should pop up in global search as well

Actual behavior

Infinite buffering
