Project pages (a.k.a. wiki)

Allow project collaborators to work on a shared project wiki. The basic wiki would consist of a page hierarchy and rich text editor (no mark up/down) for the end user. Tags, hyperlinks, wiki links, and related media/assets would be a bonus.

The wiki section should simply be called "Pages", as we are trying to use common words and phrases for UI texts.

A block-based editor, such as editor.js might be user-friendly and adaptable to the project's needs.
