In adbg_intf there still exist unused in/out ports for replica ADCs
The unused output ports (pfd_inp_meas/pfd_inn_meas ) cause floating gate errors in DRC.
These port should be eliminated from adbg_intf or replica ADC needs to be updated for next tape-out
