          @mafalda771 Hi , Tell me ?

Are you using Xfce ?
Try to install these 2 packages : gvfs and thunar-volman ( sudo pacman -S gvfs thunar-volman )
restart you pc and do that again !

I am on Nobara (Fedora 37). The program used to work perfectly fine on Ubuntu 20 but it is unable to work on this distro. The issue is similar, after doing the aforementioned steps I get "SCSI: Status Good", it even appears on my file manager but I am unable to access it as seen below:

Also running the "lsblk" command gives the following output:

NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINTS
sda 8:0 0 931.5G 0 disk
├─sda1 8:1 0 735.2G 0 part /
├─sda2 8:2 0 9.8G 0 part [SWAP]
└─sda3 8:3 0 1000M 0 part /boot/efi
sdb 8:16 0 1.8T 0 disk
└─sdb1 8:17 0 1.8T 0 part
sr0 11:0 1 1024M 0 rom
sr1 11:1 1 30M 0 rom /run/media/abhi/WD Unlocker
zram0 252:0 0 7.6G 0 disk [SWAP]

Can you explain what is going on here?
