Describe the bug
I recently updated my shopify/cli to version @shopify/cli/3.59.3 and now I get an error in filters when I run shopify theme check

Unknown filter on all filters.

Debugging information

  • OS is windows 11
  • @shopify/cli/3.59.3

Hi @NanoDan29, would you be able to update to the latest version of the Shopify CLI and confirm this is still an issue you're experiencing?
