What's your page url? Maybe adding index.html (e.g. http://localhost:5000/index.html) will help here.

Im having the same problem but on apache, any idea what is wrong? Just download this project, yarn build and send to ftp, i have a blank page

Check the output in your browsers developer tools. It sounds like your build/bundle.js could not be served.
Is your app index.html served from the host root (http://host/index.html) or from some subpath (http://host/path/index.html)?
