Dual SLR camera with GFP emission filter
Brain with GFP
Point at brain LED with blue emission filter and see blue
Have rigged up laser with cylindrical lens to make a simple lightsheet
Replace sample with cleared brain. See nice planes.
Turn on blue LED: flooding it with light to mess up everything .
