Some shit plugins like SMAC Ultra cannot handle manually full login and connect, and relies on SM forward OnClientPostAdminCheck(). SourceBans hooks OnClientPreAdminCheck() and may do not call OnClientPostAdminCheck().

P.S.: SMAC Ultra - piece of shit.

Фактически - нет, не повлияет.
Кеш будет так же писаться, но немного не в стандартном виде.
И админы грузиться будут тоже немного по другому. Не нужно будет делать два рехеша.
