Am I correct in assuming that Rust officials have given you permission to create a logo? （I just want to make sure 🫠 )

Just to clarify the current status, the use of the Rust programming language logo has not been (yet) officially authorized. This request is a personal initiative.

(I am a Rust project contributor speaking on my own capacity, just wanted to help clarifying 👍 )
