Upgrade Solr to version 9 #80

Please review if Solr version must be defined in https://github.com/SAP-samples/cloud-commerce-sample-setup/blob/main/core-customize/manifest.json

For my case, the Solr is still running with version 8 even a new build with new initialization.
