Rider post trip with party size

User Story

As a rider, I would like to post a trip with times, locations, and party size so that drivers can better choose.

Detailed Description

Sometimes, I am only going on rides by myself. Other times, I have a large party. I think the driver should know what to expect after I make a trip.

Acceptance Criteria

• Given I select a party size in the trip dropdown, then it is shown as an aspect of the trip data to drivers
