RoboSherlock v1.0.0

The major changes are:

• stackification: uimacpp_ros, rapidjson_ros and robsoherlock_msgs are part of this repo now;
• descriptors are now YAML files, uimacpp specific XMLs are generated in the background
• internal SWIPL engine for query answering without KnowRob
• automatic serialization of UIMA types to json
• query answering based on value domain restrictions
• extendible query answering (experimental)
• bug and API fixes
