This is an Android library which provides tools to render raster images.
It makes use of OpenCV to provide raster operations executed in native code.
There exist two sample applications, one using the Mapsforge framework, the other the Mapbox framework.
To build Rastertheque, clone the project and build using Maven
mvn clean install
