The indexer API has been changed to LookupAPI and many methods on the old one mentioned in the readme no longer exist (e.g. LookupAssetById.).

We should update the code examples to reflect these chagnes

important thing to say is to say that the proper way should be to implement according to examples in folder v2..

README.md is outdated

right?
