Summary
解决编译自build-cache目录下的aar库，未能成功被plugin-gradle动态注入代码
Description
1.通过远程仓库依赖的aar库，会缓存在build-cache目录下，导致input的包路径和includeJar的包路径不一致，从而未能进行注入处理。
2.统一修改了工程目录下和非工程目录下，路径均存入map，以便handleJar和repackage采用一致的逻辑
