Change directory structure and a note for easy using FOCUS at PPPL cluster

Hi all,

1. As some of you might notice, I have changed the directory structure and only the new version is left. The old version is now moved to the branch old.

2. Thanks to Nik's suggestion, I have applied a project directory at /p/focus/ on PPPL cluster. I will use /p/focus as the official site in PPPL to manage the code. You could also create your own working directory under /p/focus/users/ (disk size: 1 TB).

3. I have also created some modules for easy using. By doing so, you don't have to update and compile the code yourself.

• Put module use /p/focus/modules/ in your environmental variables file or type it directly.
• Type module load focus, and you can use xfocus / dfocus anywhere.
• There are also other versions available. You can view all the versions by typing module avail focus.
• If there is something conflicting, please type module purge before loading the focus module.
