Describe the bug
Target content layout from Locked content is available on ACFE archives (option page)

To Reproduce

  • Create an ACFE archive for a post-type
  • Go on the ACFE archive edit page
  • Click on "Add" to add a layout on the archive
  • Target content layout is available in the builder on this page but it shouldn't

Expected behavior
Target content layout from Locked content is available only on "Locked content" posts.
