cannot access notebooks

"Unable to render code block" this is the issue that pops up every time I try to access notebooks .

This might happen sometimes from the GitHub server side. When the file is not uploaded properly. But if it presists.

I recommend you to check how you are trying to access the repository.

You should directly download the whole repository to your machine to get the files running properly on your anaconda software. Which then trys to render it in your jupyter notebook.
