Reduce bus factor

It's really awesome but its bus factor is quite low, considering that it is used in a lot of crates, I'd suggest to add more maintainers to github and crates.io

I hear you that progress on this crate does move slow. I was hoping to have more time over the past few months but a number of things have come up. Going forward now I should have more time to devote to this crate, but let's see how that pans out. I'll leave this issue open and we'll reevaluate adding more maintainers in the new year, how does that sound?

If I ever want to resign from maintaining this crate I can promise I'll pass ownership along to other folks. In terms of "getting hit by a bus" (I do live in NYC!) I have a contingency plan setup for my online accounts, part of which includes this project. So as long as there is interest there should always be a maintainer.

I do appreciate the concern, so let's keep an open dialog :)

If you do decide to add maintainers, I wouldn't mind being included. I use the hell out of this crate and wouldn't mind contributing something back :)
