Hi @natopwns , not exactly, however I'm currently working on reverse engineering some of the SILENT HILL 2 formats and documenting them properly in my spare time before actually undertaking work on the engine itself.

If you'd like to just extract all of the arc stuff, feel free to use the arc ripping code from this repo :P
