C#编译完成后部署异常返回值为0xc00000374 #2471

按照教程下载fastdeploy-develop正常编译了C#版本的FastDeploy，在部署使用的过程中，同一台设备，同样的运行环境，无论是使用PPOCR还是官网的PPYoloE示例，有时候推理正常显示，有时候就无故异常退出了，在VS里面显示返回值为0xc00000374，这个问题在issues#1993 里面曾提出，但时隔一年，使用最新版的源码编译还是存在这个问题，烦请看下是否可以修复？

借用#1993的图，模板初始化没问题，到推导的时候就自动退出了，返回异常0xc00000374

还没，感觉这个项目目前没人维护了
