Please update pypi release: current release incompatible with tutorial

The example given in the documentation, graph coloring does not work in the current released version of pyDcop because as given in the documentation, it treats the type constraint on domains as optional, but this change was only introduced in this commit, which seems to have been made after the PyPi version was released.
