When instantiated with:

ferret --acquire-ftp --ftp-user "<hidden>" --ftp-password="<hidden>" --ftp-hostname="<hidden>" --parse-xml2js --transform-clean-xml --output-stdout

...It downloads all the files but then bails without doing anything.

...This might be because PA has two elections in their test bucket at the moment...
