Click events do not align with visual elements 1-to-1 on workflow canvas

1. When my mouse hovers close to a workflow (but not ON a job itself), it becomes a drag icon, even through I cannot drag anything.
2. If I click just below a job, it still opens that job for editing.
3. This is probably solved by the above, but I mis-click the purple button when trying to add new jobs to an existing workflow all the time. I inadvertently edit the parent job when trying to create a new job.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click into a workflow
2. Moved mouse onto the canvas near a job
3. See is turns into a drag icon, but unable to do anything with it.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to
happen.
The mouse should be the normal mouse icon, except when hovering over a job which IS clickable. The mouse should never be a drag icon.
