  • The functionality is already provided for p-refinements in nodmod via a COPY_DOFS parameter; this should be instead a module variable that can be set at runtime (perhaps in the parameter module).
  • The functionaility is not yet provided for h-refinements which should be added; there was a preliminary implementation of this done by @LeszekDemkowicz but it needs to be tested and merged.
