Bilimgual is a web service designed for creating and taking tests in two languages. It provides
users with the ability to create their own tests consisting of questions and answer options
in each language. Additionally, users can customize various test parameters such as time
limits. Bilingual also includes the feature of taking voice tests, where users can record their
answers to questions using a microphone.
