Allow the swep to configure base proxies and other proxies on TF2 props.

Weapon Colors
Character Colors
TF2 Colors
ect..

Would give a bit more use to the tool as not many props can use it yet.

This is not something I will be working on any time soon. Thought it would just be a cool idea.
