Updated setup.py to automatically search for "common" installation areas on *nix and macOS systems for the required libraries. Updated build_linux.yml.
Adding numpy include directory to incdirs.

Allow PR despite macOS failures. The failures are due to some weirdness with homebrew and nceplibs-sp where the SHA256 does not match....but they do when testing on local systems. |
