Remove inconsistencies in computation of air density with Thompson MP #64

Description

Update submodule pointer for fv3atm / ccpp-physics for the changes described in NOAA-GSL/ccpp-physics#79.

Issue(s) addressed

Testing

Regression testing against existing (EMC) baselines using Intel and GNU on Hera: As expected, all tests using Thompson MP failed with b4b differences (but all ran to completion), all other tests passed.

Regression testing using rt_ccpp_dev.conf with Intel and GNU on Hera: create new baseline, then verify against it; all tests pass.
