DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES:
This update brings in the latest changes in regional_workflow and EMC_post. Together, these changes enable HAILCAST diagnostic output from the model and into the GRIB2 files.
TESTS CONDUCTED:
These changes have been tested in a short RRFS retro on Jet (CONUS domain).
