Update from the authoritative repositories. Changes include:

  • RRTMGP update
  • HWRF physics
  • improvement of cloud-radiation interaction for RRTMG and RRTMGP
  • several metadata updates and bugfixes in preparation for the transition to capgen.py
  • removal of GFS DDTs from radiation interstitials
