@wrongkindofdoctor what do you think of merging the docker container updates into a dev branch, until we have some user testing done? Is there a testing/dev branch or do I create one? [this is still in draft, pending my tests since the merge conflict resolutions] |

A docker container was prototyped for use with the MDTF. This PR attempts to include this in the main repo.
