Description

To maintain documentation close to the code and avoid updates in multiple locations, we need to add formulas for following functions in the population module of the FIMS repository and remove the M1 model specifications from the collaborative_workflow repository.

  • CalculateInitialNumbersAA()
  • CalculateMortality
  • CalculateNumbersAA
  • CalculateUnfishedNumbersAA()
  • CalculateBiomass()
  • CalculateUnfishedBiomass()
  • CalculateSpawningBiomass()
  • CalculateUnfishedSpawningBiomass()
  • CalculateSBPR0()
  • CalculateRecruitment()
  • CalculateCatch()
  • CalculateIndex()
  • CalculateCatchNumbersAA()
  • CalculateCatchWeightAA()

After adding formulas in the FIMS repo, we can
